Hiiiiii my friends!!
MEGAN GOT BAPTIZED THIS PAST WEEK! We are so so happy for her. She was so excited and it was really a special day. So many things kept going wrong right before the baptism with people cancelling or just not showing up that were on the program and things like that, BUT it all came together and the spirit was so strong and it was a GOOD DAY! Sister Thatcher, my last companion, also got to come up for the baptism so it was super fun to see her again :')
This week we did some service at a Food Pantry and it was super fun! We also had more lessons with all our cute children that we are teaching! I ALSO made dinner for me and my companion this week, so my mom can be happy that I'm finally learning how to cook on my mission ;)) Also, as of this week I have 3 MONTHS LEFT! Sooo crazy!!
I loved this quote from Elder Jeffrey R. Holland this week, "God is anxiously waiting for the chance to answer your prayers and fulfill your dreams, just as He always has. But He can't if you don't pray, and He can't if you don't dream. In short, He can't if you don't believe." Believe in God. Believe that He is and that He can do all things. Reach out to Him and let Him bless you with all He has in store for you :))
