Helloooooo everyone,
It has been a while since I've sent a weekly so I'll just give you a quick bullet-point list update:
-We had transfers, I'm still in Ontario
-I got a new companion!! Her name is Sister Dixon, she actually came to Idaho the same day I did :)) She's from Washington
-We no longer cover the Spanish Branch here because Sister Dixon doesn't speak spanish :// BUT we have a family ward now and it's sooo fun
-I hit 14 months! Crazy!
-The SWAT team busted into our neighbors house and arrested them (if someone wants to google why and what happened, I also would love to know)
-I got a parking ticket :|
-The girl Megan that we have been teaching is getting BAPTIZED!! JANUARY 9TH!!! Please pray that everything continues to work out for her
-We got to drive to Huntington, OR and I saw 4 Bald Eagles whaaaaat
-We started teaching 3 little girls, Charlotte, Jubilee, and Aurora, in our new ward and they ALSO ALL will be baptized in JANUARY!! Keep them in your prayers as well :))
This Christmas, as we celebrate our Savior, I would invite you and your families to watch this, "The Christ Child," video, depicting Christ's birth. It is the most touching video of the nativity I have ever seen, I love it with my whole heart. My favorite part is the reaction of both the Shepherds and the Wise Men, as they finally get to witness the Savior they had been waiting for. He truly was a gift to the world, and not just then, but now. I am so grateful for the light that He is in my life. He is my example, my joy, and my best friend. I know that through Him and because of Him, all things are possible. I can change to become the person He needs me to be, and believes that I can be. As can all of you. Please remember our Savior and turn to him. Not just this Christmas, but through this next year, and always. With the way things are in the world now, it can't hurt to try :) https://m.youtube.com/ watch?v=yXWoKi5x3lw&feature= youtu.be
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
