This past Thursday we had transfers. I am staying in Nampa for a 4th transfer, going 6 months of being here! I love it though, and it's so fun being so close with everyone, from the members to the lady who works at the laundromat we go to every week! Hahaha. I did receive a new companion though, Hermana Kucharyski, from Murrieta, California! She has been out for just 6 weeks longer than I have...needless to say, our spanish is struggling. But we are working hard!
This past week we found 2 NEW PEOPLE TO TEACH thanks to the wonderful members of the wards up here giving us referrals!! Both families are spanish speaking, so pray for us that we'll be able to have successful lessons with them where they can actually understand us and we can understand them, hahaha! It's crazy, even though we are still so clueless as to how to do missionary work right now and be successful in using Facebook, the Lord has continued to perform miracles and bless us. This truly is His work, and I am lucky that He lets be play a part in it.
Our mission has just barely begun receiving new reassigned missionaries coming from foreign missions that are no longer able to serve there due to Covid-19. This past week we received 20 new missionaries, and will continue to receive 20 missionaries every 3 weeks through the end of the Summer. It's about to get crazy up here with so many missionaries!!!
Crazy to think I have less than a year left already of my mission- it really does fly by. Even though it's not the mission I was expecting to have, this is the mission Heavenly Father needed me to have. I love you all, thank you for all the emails, thoughts, and support.
